Care is provided 24/7, 365 days a year delivered by trained team members using a rota system.

Residential Childcare Practitioner
We are looking for full-time and part-time staff to join our existing teams in the Devon and Somerset Area.
Wage: £25,840- £31,211 (DOE/OTE and length of service; inclusive of sleep-in allowances of £76per night)
As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will provide a mentoring role in our Young People’s lives to help them to grow, develop and achieve new heights of ability, skills and virtue.
Looking for ideally qualified level 3 or experienced staff. Alternatively, enthusiastic and resilient people who are looking for a meaningful change in their careers. All our team members have one core philosophy to bring change to young people’s lives, this process of change can be challenging, caring, exciting, normal; however the belief is constant.
We offer a wide variety of regulatory training alongside additional professional development courses, as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching.
