Directors

Clare and Mark created Impact for Change with a vision to make things different. Individually we have created careers within residential childcare and came together to build a better future for everyone, young people and team members.

 

Collectively we have 7 children, our bench mark is and always will be “is it good enough for our children”.

Who we are and what we do:

Registered Managers are responsible for overseeing the performance of the home. Individuals  are registered with Ofsted and have overall responsibility  for care delivery and team performance line with legislative requirements.

Each home has between 2-3 deputy  managers. These are  Registered Manager’s in training. They are gaining the necessary experience in skills and knowledge to progress to becoming a Registered Manager. They have oversight of the home in the Registered Managers absence.

SEMH Practitioners are our gold standard of care providers. They are responsible  for the direct care the young people receive and driving the care standard forward in the best interest of the young people.
