Our Registered Managers, drive the ethos, childcare and staff development within the individual homes. We are exceptionally lucky to have some very talented and skilled Registered Managers who have the same expectations of childcare as we do.

Our Deputy Managers are developing the skills they need to oversee the Home in the Registered Managers absence. These members of the team are crucial in leading the Registered Managers ethos and values and supporting the delivery of care being provided.

Our SEMH Practitioners are our most precious resource, they work directly with the children and young people providing exceptional care services. They are multi-talented with childcare, outdoor education, AQA and Thrive.
